HOTHow do I track my parcel?
Visit spx.sg/track and enter your tracking number. You'll get real-time updates via SMS and the Shopee app. Tracking activates within 2 hours of parcel drop-off.
What are the delivery timeframes in Singapore?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in selected zones if ordered before 12pm. Sentosa Island and restricted zones may take an additional day.
My parcel shows "Out for Delivery" but didn't arrive — what do I do?
Your parcel may have missed the cut-off for your area and will be re-attempted the next business day. Ensure your address and unit number are correct in your Shopee profile.

How do I arrange a return or refund shipment?
Initiate a return via Shopee app → My Purchases → select order → Return/Refund. SPX will arrange a free pick-up or you may drop off at any SPX hub within 7 days of delivery.

What are the shipping rates for businesses?
Business rates start from $2.50/parcel for standard delivery (up to 1kg). Volume discounts apply for 500+ parcels/month.

How do I become an SPX authorised drop-off point?
We welcome retail stores and convenience shops. Requirements: min. 10sqm storage, operating hours 9am–9pm, and a smartphone. Apply via spx.sg/partner.
